1. Invalid API key / API key is wrong


How to Solve:


a. Check username and password, Network API use network name as username, API key as password. Affiliate API use affiliate email as username and API key as password.

b. Update API key if changing affiliate email address or partner name recently


c.  Use HTTP Basic authentication to request API


2. IP not white list


How to Solve:


Add white list in corresponding parts:


a. Network API: Put IP into white list in Setting — Customization – API

b. Affiliate API: Put IP into white list in Affiliate panel -- API


3. Too many requests


How to Solve:


API call is 50 times per 10 seconds which shared by partner and affiliate. If receive this message, try to decrease API call or contact with your AM to enlarge the API call.


4. 404 not found


How to Solve:


Check API URL address


5. No permission visit this resource, only can use Network API


How to Solve (For Affiliate):


Check the request URL, affiliate URL should be like this:


https://xxx.api.offerslook.com/aff/v1/batches/offers


6. No permission visit this resource, only can use Affiliate API


How to Solve (For Affiliate):


Check with partner to see if you have the permission to get this offer


7. Need to apply
