Billing records and statistics is always the key part in financial audit. With the changes of market, deduction revenue/cost is becoming increasingly essential in financial report. To address this situation, Offerslook has designed a new Billing column to enable our customer to do the billing more effectively.

The details of this feature will be formally introduced below.


1. Overall Introduction of Billing Column

Billing column includes sub columns--Billing Summary, Advertiser Invoice and Affiliate Invoice.

Billing Summary refers to the overall revenue based on the statistics from Advertiser Invoice and Affiliate Invoice.

Application Scenarios: through billing summary page, you can know the overall revenue, cost, revenue received/unpaid, cost paid/unpaid, revenue deducted, cost deducted, Gross income between the cooperated partners and the net profit of this month.

2. Introduction of the sub column—Advertiser Invoice/Affiliate Invoice

2.1 Migration and review of bills in the previous version

In previous version, Advertiser Invoice/Affiliate Invoice is respectively under the column Advertiser/Affiliate. In the new version, we integrate all invoices under the billing column to manage the invoices more effectively. And you can find all the previous invoices through the History Invoices button.

(The pic below is refer to the Advertiser History Invoice mode, and it is the same way for Affiliate History Invoice mode.)

2.2 How to use Advertiser Invoice/Affiliate Invoice?

2.2.1 The creation of invoice

A. Auto-generated by the system (click here to view more)

B. Manually generated


2.2.2 Invoice list

Part 1. The list tells the status of the current invoices and payment situation.


2.2.3 The detailed introduction of invoice page

Part 1. Click the invoice name (in blue word) to enter the page with detailed invoice information. The top progress bar shows the status of this invoice and every step is irreversible.


Part 2. Our Quantity & Our Amount is based on the conversion report. Fixed Quantity/Fixed Amount refers to the final amount/quantity with your advertiser. If there is any deduction, then enter the amount/quantity in the Deduction Quantity/Deduction Amount.


Part 3. You can choose the default choice All Offers or specific offers to generate the invoice.


Part 4. Offer when you advertiser is also your affiliate can be added in the Cross Payment if there is any monetary equivalent. You can also choose All Offers or specific offers.


Part 5. If the invoice information is all correct, then click Confirm.


2.2.4 Bill audit and calculation

A. After the confirmation of invoice, you can view the final invoice format via Payment Invoice. You can also choose to send or download this invoice.

B. When the advertiser finish the payment, you can upload the bank slip in the page and update the invoice status.



3. The setting for bill audit permission

Account with Advertiser Finance Management permission can create and check advertiser invoices under your account. 

ADM account is implied with this permission.

Account with Affiliate Finance Management permission can create and check affiliate invoices under your account. 

APM account is implied with this permission.

You can also set the permissions for custom account role.
