During integration, we meet problems with affiliate and advertiser. In this article, we introduce the way to solve it.
Part One : Affiliate Part
Case One: Can not receive clicks from affiliate ( three steps)
Step One: Check General Report to see there is any clicks
Step Two: Go to Server Log -> Reject Click/ Redirect Click to check any reject or redirect clicks.
Step Three: If the above report do not show any data, please send the following screenshot to your affiliate and ask them to provide information per screenshot.
Case Two: Affiliate can not receive conversions from us. (two steps)
Step One: Check with your advertiser to see if they have any conversions, if no, then both you and your affiliate wont be able to get any conversions,
Step Two: If yes, your advertiser has sent us conversions and we receive it with correct clickid which is already recorded in conversion report in approve status, then you can go to Server Log -> Postback -> Details, send the postback link to your affiliate for check.
Part Two : Advertiser Part
Your advertiser claim that they have sent conversions to us.
Step One: Check General Report to see there is any conversions
Step Two: Go to Server Log -> Conversion to check any reject conversions.
Step Three: If the above report do not show any data, please ask your advertiser to send you postback log which includes postback url and other information.
